Zachary brings 30 years of group relations experience to his role as conference director.
He has served as a consultant for conferences nationally and internationally. A clinical psychologist by training, Zachary received his doctorate from Boston University and completed advanced training at Harvard Medical School and Georgetown University.
A Professional Certified Coach/ICF, he worked with top leaders at the World Bank for nearly two decades. Zachary teaches courses at University San Diego in leadership, organizational and human development. He provides consultation and training nationally and globally to organizations in the nonprofit sector and international development on strategy, culture, and inclusion. Through the RISE Fellows and Horizon Scholars, Zachary designs and delivers immersive experiences informed by group relations principles that support the development of next generation leadership.
